Construction is proceeding on 432 Park Avenue, which has now passed the 400-foot mark; the building’s core now stands just over 430 feet in height. With the latest growth, 432 Park is now visible from Madison Avenue, as the building now stands firmly above its western neighbor – though it remains relatively diminutive, that will be changing shortly.
432 Park continues to grow at one floor per week, and the superstructure is now at 30% of the tower’s future height. No new windows are visible, though it does appear installation is ongoing, as the facade is increasingly peppered with coverings for the glass – likely to protect the 10 by 10 foot panes from dirt and debris during construction. Given the windows’ uniqueness – the dimensions are unheard of, especially for each and every pane of a 1,398 building – the protection measures are completely understandable.
